- Competitive base pay between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

In this position you will:
- Answer a multi-line phone system
- Maintain and update the company database and calendars
- Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
- General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Ability and desire to learn new things
- Willingness to go the extra mile!
