Macy’s Call Center in Mason, OH is now hiring for Customer Service Representatives, Fraud Claims $ 15.25 /hr. Hybrid Flex Monday – Friday 10am-6:15pm
Fraud Claims Specialist - Agents are responsible for processing customer claims of fraud on Macy's and Bloomingdale’s Proprietary and Amex accounts. Agents will work within an inbound call environment, collecting pertinent customer information to establish Fraud Claims in our systems and to investigate and resolve claims issues. Working within a backline capacity, agents will assist in case setup processes and will provide claims investigation support on a weekly basis.
Benefits include a weekly base pay plus opportunity to earn a quarterly company incentive. Additional opportunity to earn $1 per hour premium pay for all hours worked on the weekends and after 6pm on weekdays.
