CNC Machinist - Programmer - 2nd Shift

CNC Programmer – 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)
Location: Red Wing, MN | Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

We’re hiring an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll use Mastercam to program and optimize parts based on blueprints, determine machining strategies, and ensure accurate setup and inspection.

What You’ll Do:

• Program parts using Mastercam

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Plan machining process, setup, and tooling

• Communicate clear instructions to machinists

• Perform final part inspections

What You Bring:

• 5 years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam)

• Hands-on machining and setup experience

• Strong knowledge of tooling, speeds, and feeds

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment
