- Expertise in Manufacturing Operations, including safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in the beverage or supplement manufacturing industry is a plus.
