What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday Integration Lead position at Macro Solutions?
We are currently looking for a Workday Integration Lead for an upcoming project. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of HR technology and integration architecture to provide innovative solutions.
The Workday Integration Lead primarily works with Human Resources and Information Technology teams. This role will create and maintain system integrations and configure related security roles, business processes, and their associated security policies. This role also partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure solutions are scalable, effective, and fit within broader information technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
2. Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment lifecycle.
3. Possess solid understanding of the business process, workflows, and data requirements for Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time, and Compensation.
4. Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to align on objectives and advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
5. Research problems. Identify opportunities and seek opinions and feedback on suggested solutions.
6. Translate business requirements into system requirements.
7. Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders.
Required Education Experience
1. Client requires US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
2. Required Workday Certification - Integration Certification
3. Preferred additional Certifications - CCTPP Consulting Core, Workday Studio Consulting Core, Workday Integration System Fundamentals.
4. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
5. Workday Integrations Certification.
6. 5 years’ HCM, HRIS, or Integrations experience.
7. 2 years' Workday experience.
8. At least two full implementations of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience.
9. Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders.
10. Experience translating business requirements into system requirements.
11. Strong oral and written communications skills.
12. Great organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
13. Ability to work independently and communicate and work productively as part of multiple fully remote and/or hybrid teams.
