Macri's Italian Bakery & Carmela's Restaurant is a locally owned, family-operated business that has proudly served the South Bend community for 48 years. We are passionate about authentic Italian food, and nearly everything we serve is made from scratch daily—from fresh pasta and sauces to breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
We're looking for dependable, motivated Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in preparing quality food, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Work stations including sauté, pasta, fry, grill, and prep.
- Maintain consistency, organization, and efficiency during busy service.
- Complete daily prep and keep your station stocked and clean.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work alongside our chefs and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

- Previous line cook or prep cook experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
