What You'll Do
No two days look exactly the same, but you can expect to:
- Welcome customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Listen carefully and accurately document repair concerns for our technicians.
- Open, manage, and close repair orders.
- Prepare service estimates and communicate repair recommendations.
- Keep customers informed with repair updates and estimated completion times.
- Answer questions and ensure customers have a positive service experience.
- Occasionally process payments for non-contracted customers.
- Track tire inventory and assist with inventory organization.
- Monitor shop and spare vehicles to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Perform miscellaneous shop inspections and support daily shop operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys helping customers and building positive relationships.
- Has exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
- Is comfortable learning service processes and preparing repair estimates.
- Works well with technicians, customers, and other departments.
- Has solid computer skills and can quickly learn new systems.
- Takes pride in staying organized and following through.
- Experience working in a service department, dealership, fleet, or repair shop.
- Experience creating estimates or managing repair orders.
- Inventory or parts experience.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, emergency vehicles, municipal equipment, or automotive service operations.

ADA Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
- Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
- Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently.
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may require respiratory protection.
