We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Investment Solutions team as a Senior Associate focused on Limited Partner-led portfolio secondaries, General Partner-led single asset and multi- secondaries and co-investment transaction opportunities. Senior Associates are primarily engaged in transaction analysis, investment recommendations and portfolio management.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for initiating and managing fundamental due diligence and analytical efforts throughout transaction opportunities, including investment research, analysis, organizing due diligence materials, and investment recommendations. You will lead the analysis of underlying portfolio companies managed by GPs, create sensitivities for fund portfolios and assets, and review market developments to identify asset classes, asset managers, and investments for secondary and co-investment transaction opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee the investment process, including the preparation of reports, models, schedules, final presentation materials, negotiations, discussions with the investment committee, and managing processes related to bidding, purchasing, closing, monitoring portfolio performance, and assisting in fundraising marketing efforts.
Salary range for this position: $165,000 - $235,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What You Offer
- 3 years of work experience in secondaries investing or secondaries investment banking is required. Preferred areas of experience include secondaries buyouts, infrastructure, credit and/or real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Aptitude for applying financial accounting, corporate finance, business analysis, and report writing to create and deliver valuation solutions.
- Ability to execute against firm, often short-term, deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of asset management within private markets
