What role will you play?
This role leads digital transformation and AI adoption across Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Estate investment platform, contributing to strategies that enhance data management, digital workflows, and investment processes. Work spans identifying high‑impact problems, shaping product direction, and guiding the development of AI‑enabled capabilities that support commercial outcomes.
Close collaboration with investment teams, platform executives, and technology partners ensures alignment on priorities, clarity in decision‑making, and progress across complex cross‑functional efforts. Through coaching and partnership with analysts, engineers, data specialists, and designers, the role fosters strong execution discipline and supports delivery across ambiguous and evolving environments.
The role translates strategy into actionable roadmaps, establishes governance mechanisms that guide focus across the portfolio, and ensures new products meet compliance, security, and financial requirements. Attention to adoption and change management helps embed digital solutions that scale effectively across the platform and generate sustained impact.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

- Proven experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams to build digital or AI‑enabled products that solve complex business problems and generate measurable commercial impact
- Strong structured problem‑solving capabilities, defining high‑value opportunities and shaping strategies that balance execution speed with long‑term scalability
- Demonstrated stakeholder influence, collaborating effectively with senior investment leaders, platform executives, and technical colleagues in matrixed environments
- Technical fluency across data products, APIs, architecture concepts, and modern product development practices within complex organizational environments
- Experience guiding change management, stakeholder alignment, and product adoption across diverse teams, supported by strong commercial acumen and analytical decision‑making

Salary : $270,000 - $290,000
