What role will you play?
You will be responsible for building and maintaining detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, operating models, debt sizing) and perform valuation analysis to support investment decisions. You’ll assist in drafting investment memos and presentation materials for the Investment Committee, coordinate due diligence for M&A and financing transactions, and conduct in-depth research on the waste and environmental services market. Additionally, you will track sector trends, support portfolio company performance reporting, contribute to operational improvement projects and strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, advisors, and lenders.
Salary range for this position: $140,000 - $165,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What You Offer
- Minimum 1-2 years of investment banking experience
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong understanding of transaction processes and due diligence
