An excellent opportunity has opened within Macquarie Asset Management to partner with the finance, compliance, legal and fund administration teams to deliver client focused solutions. The team provides oversight for the finance and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to our distribution partners.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

As a Manager, Fund Management Wealth Solutions, you will be an important part of the finance team responsible for financial control, financial fund reporting, investor reporting and treasury management across 20 funds. You will participate in the audit process, helping coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion. You will provide general accounting and transaction support, drive management and corporate reporting, as well as provide thoughtful input to resolve technical accounting issues. You will be part of a growing team, working closely with colleagues, ensuring the team and business are set up for long term success.
Salary range for this position: $105,000 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. - Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously through complex structures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and accustomed to working with a team, both in-person and virtually.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 5 years of related work experience with a mix of public accounting and private sector accounting.
- Experience in alternative financial services and/or private equity structures with a CPA/CA designation, experience in Registered Investment Companies preferred.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, and consistently apply diligence and care.
- Proactive in managing priorities and fostering a culture of improvement and strong controls. Demonstrable experience working on automation and / or digitalization efforts.
