As a Portfolio Performance Monitoring Business Analyst with strong data analytics focus, you will help drive the roll out of portfolio analytics and monitoring capability and leverage data to transform how our investment and portfolio teams can evaluate target investments, onboard new assets, identify areas for value creation, and mitigate risks. You will be instrumental in developing data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making and optimize performance across our private market investments

We're looking for a Business Analyst to help support digital and AIdriven initiatives across our Real Assets investment platform. You will help enhance how we collect, analyze, and manage data, improve business processes, and support the development of digital and AI capabilities that drive efficiency and insights for our investment teams. Operating at the intersection of private markets and technology, partnering with our investment and portfolio performance teams to turn business priorities into digital and AI-driven solutions. You'll dive deep into processes, uncover opportunities for digital and AI capabilities and identify risks across the asset-management lifecycle working closely with our portfolio performance group.
Salary range for this position: $145,000-$165,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services (ideally Private Markets), delivering business requirements, functional specifications, target operating models and process maps, and translating complex business needs into digital and AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong focus on data, analytics and automation, with experience applying data-driven decision making, predictive analytics, and working with both structured and unstructured data using tools such as Excel, SQL and BI platforms.
- Ability to identify and progress digital and AI opportunities aligned to strategic objectives, independently applying technical and platform expertise to define, develop and deliver features, stories and enhancements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to clearly explain technical requirements, analytics outputs or model insights to non-technical audiences, build trust, align priorities and proactively resolve delivery risks.
- Proven capability to operate at the intersection of business and technology, working effectively across diverse teams to drive alignment, consensus and successful outcomes.
