Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Consultant with over 7 years of specialized experience in SaaS SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise as an Oracle Demand Planning Functional Consultant with IBP process knowledge, complemented by a solid background in Oracle ASCP implementations and overall supply chain management.

- Implementation & Migration:
- Lead the migration of various sites to a Global Planning Instance to support integrated supply chain operations.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and migration of solutions across different instances.
- System Configuration & Patch Management:
- Conduct comprehensive patch analysis and validate VCP cumulative patches.
- Assist with Oracle ASCP implementations, ensuring adherence to technical and functional standards.
- Client Engagement & Consultation:
- Serve in a client-facing capacity by leading requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, configuration, testing phases, and post-implementation go-live support.
- Collaborate with customers to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues within supply chain processes.
- Global Design & Process Optimization:
- Prepare and facilitate global design discussions to secure stakeholder agreement on integrated planning solutions.
- Provide expert consultation on Oracle Demand Planning, leveraging IBP process experience to enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years working with SaaS SCM Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ASCP.
- 6-10 years of comprehensive supply chain management expertise.
- Demonstrated experience as an Oracle Demand Planning Functional Consultant with a strong command of IBP processes.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Sound understanding of Oracle EBS R12 across all modules.
- Exposure to APCC is a plus, enhancing the ability to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective customer interaction and stakeholder engagement.
