Business Analyst (ONLY W2)

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes, optimizing systems, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Business Analysis

• Source, compile, and interpret data to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities.
• Conduct business analysis to assess stakeholder needs and support decision-making.
• Communicate insights effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  
  

System Support & Optimization

• Provide daily technical support for business systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and improve end-user experience.
• Serve as a key analytics resource across teams and business units.
  
  

Requirements & Documentation

• Gather and document system requirements through specifications, project plans, and reports.
• Monitor compliance and recommend process improvements.
  
  

Reporting & Data Visualization

• Generate reports and dashboards to highlight key metrics, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in data analysis & business analysis.
• Proficiency in reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean).
