PM Picking Warehouse Associate – Reno Distribution Center
Role Overview
A MacPherson’s Picking Associate is responsible for picking orders accurately and packing correctly according to company guidelines. Picker will utilize an RF scanner or voice picking technology. A picker will need the ability to walk most of the day and meet productivity requirements.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with some Saturdays required. The range of pay is $17.10 - $20.93 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $.75 shift differential, and 14 days paid vacation in the first year. A $500 sign-on bonus is available and will be paid out in two payments. The first $250 will be paid in the first paycheck after the employee’s first 30 days of employment. The second $250 will be paid in the first paycheck after the 90th day of employment.
Requirements:
- Continuously perform repetitive physical tasks involving frequent walking, reaching, bending, lifting, twisting, pushing/pulling, and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-motivating

Skills we are looking for, but not required:
- Two years of experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
- Previous experience using an RF scanner or voice picking technology.
- Good in basic math, and the ability to work well with others.
- To be punctual, team oriented, committed to safety, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements. (including overtime as required)
