Start pay is hourly with a commission.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively in all tire-related tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations based on vehicle needs.
- Assist in sales by promoting tire products and services to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience vehicle maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with tire brands, types, and specifications is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to tire services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
