Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Perform fueling in safe and efficient manner.
- Accurately track fuel transactions and quantity reports.
- Execute daily quality control checks on equipment.
- Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition.
- Ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel.
- Aircraft marshalling, towing, and parking
- Responsible for servicing all types of aircraft with fuel; additionally, automotive and ground support equipment are serviced.
- Ability to handle non-routine situations, such as de-fueling and fueling aircraft with inoperative fuel quantity indicators.
- Operate the fuel farm, sump fuel farm tanks and record results on the daily records.
- Monitors the Unicom frequency and answer requests.
- Records sales and write customer invoices.
- Receive payment for purchases.
- Participates in monthly and quarterly fuel inspections.
- Monitor security gates to ensure all security procedures are followed.
- Baggage and Cargo Handling
- Aircraft Servicing (LAV, GPU, Potable Water, Oil)
- Follow all required procedures and inspections o ensure quality control of fuel
- GSE Preventative Maintenance
- Maintaining Cleanliness of Hangars and Restrooms through facility
- Minor Building Maintenance and Upkeep (changing light bulbs, painting, etc.)
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform any/all duties assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a copy of a good driving record.
- Must have a CDL/B endorsement.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Basic Understanding of Computer Applications, Microsoft Suite and Data Entries.
- Detail Oriented with Attention to Detail
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Adequate Operating Capability of Computer and Database Systems
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
