Role Summary:
This entry-level position is designed for someone passionate about working outdoors who wants to build a career in arboriculture. As an Arborist Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced arborists, learning hands-on skills in tree care, site safety, equipment operation, and plant health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist crews with tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks.
- Help set up and maintain equipment and tools.
- Learn and practice safety procedures on every job.
- Support plant health work and basic landscape tasks.
- Participate in training and skill development with senior staff.
Basic Requirements:
- Interest in arboriculture, nature, and outdoor work.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- No prior experience required — training provided!
