Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (uncapped commision)Job description:Experienced Full Time F&I Manager Needed!Store HoursTuesday & Wednesday 8:30-6Thursday 8:30-7Friday 8:30-6Saturday 8:30-4Sunday & Monday - CLOSEDResponsibilities and Duties:-Provide excellent customer service- Build and maintain relationships with banks and lenders- Evaluate customer credit reports- Arrange financing, provide insurance, warranty and maintenance options using a menu approach-Describe ALL optional products available for customer purchase- Work directly with Sales Manager and staff-Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of all back end products- Accurately complete all financing paperwork in a timely mannerQualifications:- Previous sales and finance experience (3 year preferred)-Enthusiastic with high energy through out day while being outgoing with a friendly personality- Must be able to structure deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines, dealership policies, state and federal guidelines- Self Starter and Self motivated- Product knowledge of powersports- Knowledge of GAP, Tire and Wheel, Warranties, and maintenance packages-Highly organized with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects- Excellent project management skills and attention to detailJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbility to Relocate:Chesterfield, MI 48051: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
