CompensationIncentives
$100,000 - $120,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience and facility census.
Eligible for annual survey bonus up to $7,500.
What You'll Do
- Oversee clinical systems, staffing coordination, and daily care delivery
- Support and develop nurse managers and unit-level leadership
- Monitor quality measures and implement performance improvements
- Maintain survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner with administration on staffing strategy and clinical operations
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong understanding of survey processes and regulatory standards
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive accountability
