About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field or 6 years in a residential program management role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a residential program management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience with writing Individual Plans of Service/Supports Coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential program, including managing staff and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities, including resident progress and staff performance.
