Job Function
Provide technical support with projects, events, and activities related to the Foundation Office.

a current student at Macomb Community College taking AT LEAST 6 credit hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Director and the Fund Development Manager of Foundation office
- Provide excel spreadsheets regarding reporting and informational data
- Maintain, organize and update reports that involve the scheduled events
- Assist with outreach activities related to the Foundation Office
- Assist with the preparation of reports and customized departmental data
- Correct and build departmental records
- Assist the planning of workshops, events, and college-wide professional development such as Comedy & Cocktails event, silent auction and sponsorship.
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Provide written and verbal reports on scheduled and completed projects.
- Keeping reservation lists for departmental events
- Generally responsible for a number of activities involving coordination of effort between several parties at all levels; assist in implementing projects/plans involving several departments
- Performs related duties as assigned
Education
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Some education including relevant course work in business, marketing, communications or graphic design and/or formal training in these areas preferred.
