Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millworker for our millwork production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and millwork, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Experience with wood and plastic laminate cabinet building.
Duties
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate construction and assembly of millwork products.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks within the shop.
- Collaborate with project managers for construction estimating and planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Must be available for field installation as needed.
- May require some weekend/ off hour installations because of occupied spaces.
Experience
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings is essential.
- Hands-on experience with power tools and equipment used in millwork production.
- We build many different types of projects, so you're not stuck doing the same thing day in and day out.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
