Job Summary
The Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift coordinates and leads the activities for designated work areas. This role requires moderately complex tasks related to set-up, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, including resolving technical and quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Covers all necessary production records are completed fully and accurately
- Assists in maintaining communication between shifts
- Serves as liaison between teams and plant management
- Collaborates with other teams and support departments
- Inspects materials, final products, and machinery for defects
- Implements process improvement initiatives as needed
- Guides the manufacturing/operations team in interpreting existing processes and policies
- Performs work under minimal supervision
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment
- Powered industrial equipment certification preferred
