Job Summary |
|
The ETQ Administrator & Quality Data Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the organization's ETQ Reliance/ETQ Octave Management System (MS). This role serves as the primary technical and functional expert for ETQ, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, user adoption, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. In addition to system administration, this position leads quality data analytics initiatives, develops business intelligence solutions, and creates reporting tools that enable data-driven decision making across Quality Operations. The role works closely with Information Technology (IT) and business stakeholders to integrate ETQ with other enterprise systems and to develop dashboards, databases, Power BI reports, Power Apps, and automated workflows that improve organizational performance. |

Serve as the primary administrator for the ETQ Quality Management System.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Apply problem-solving methodologies to resolve system and process issues.

Experience and Education |
|
Bachelor's degree: computer science, information systems, data analytics or engineering. 3-7 years of experience with programming, database development, administration. Experience with ETQ/Octave Reliance strongly preferred. Experience supporting Quality Management Systems in manufacturing environments preferred. Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards required. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate preferred. Experience with database administration, SQL, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms preferred.
