Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Create engaging content for various channels including email marketing, social media, and website updates.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for optimization.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to help promote their available product.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Manage contact and property database.
• Create Property Flyers.
• Website updates and minimal design.

Requirements

• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including email marketing, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with HTML is a plus for website updates.
• Ability to conduct thorough research to support marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
