- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with commercial clients in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing sectors.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop self-generated leads and represent the company at local civic, trade, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and account growth.
- Develop proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
- 4-5 years of commercial sales or business development within HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing services.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Established industry contacts and proven ability to generate leads.
- CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
