Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, flat top, panini press, knives, and food production machinery
- Assist with food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety management practices and proper food handling techniques
- Assist in preparation of products for shifts to follow.
