Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Annapolis, MD, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The role involves identifying and securing new leasing and sales opportunities, negotiating transactions, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Tasks include conducting property evaluations, generating leads, executing marketing strategies, and providing consulting services to assist clients in achieving their real estate objectives. The role requires excellent market knowledge and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within timelines.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices
Current Real Estate License
Experience in Brokerage and Sales, with a proven track record of closing deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and networks
Proficiency in market research and financial analysis is a plus
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
