This role will provide critical support to Project Managers, helping with proposal development, formatting, documentation, and follow-ups. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.
US Pay Range: $27 USD - $36 USD
Full-time employees receive a well-rounded benefit package including access to our company-sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company-paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company's 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees receive paid vacation and sick time, 11 paid holidays, and are able to participate in employee ownership options. MacKay pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for editing and formatting correspondence, reports, and proposals, as well as assembling documents for distribution
- Manages multiple assignments with minimal supervision and collaborates cross-functionally to obtain information
- Manage and submit expenses in Deltek VantagePoint.
- Answers the main phone line and directs calls to appropriate staff.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answers or refers inquiries.
- Orders, receives, and maintains office and kitchen supplies.
- Support project managers with invoices and project needs.
- Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Event planning for office functions.
- Performs other administrative duties, including filing, copying, and collating.
- Vehicle logs and maintenance tracking.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with the MS Office suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with using documentation technology for printing, scanning, and faxing documents.
