MacKay Sposito is seeking a full-time Survey Technician - LSIT to join our Land Surveying team in Roseville, CA. Project experience in land development & infrastructure surveying, and an interest in growth within the discipline are preferred.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.
The wage range for this position is $30-60/hr depending on experience.
Full-time employees receive a well-rounded benefit package including access to our company-sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays and are able to participate in employee ownership options. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process survey data from GPS, scanners, and total stations
- Draft boundary, topographic and construction surveys
- Assist with survey crew lineout
- Prepare survey reports & deliverables
- Ensure QA/QC and adherence to standards
- LSIT certification required (passed FS exam)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D required
- Familiarity with GIS
- Understanding of Survey principles and procedures
- Collaboration with the team, engineers and project managers
- Experience with Trimble Business Center preferred
- Must be a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail
- Field work experience preferred
