The Senior Human Resources Generalist (S-HRG) will work under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources and will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including benefit administration, compensation analysis, compliance, internal reporting, audits, etc. Will support the recruiting team and tracking the status of recruitment activities worldwide. Senior HR Generalist Overview
The Senior Human Resources Generalist (S-HRG) will work under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources and will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including benefit administration, compensation analysis, compliance, internal reporting, audits, etc. Will support the recruiting team and tracking the status of recruitment activities worldwide. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives including:
- Follow Mackay’s policies and procedures.
- Successfully executing assigned protects within deadline.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, organizing records, creating various file folders, processing invoices, collecting applicant documents, drafting offer letters, and updating recruiting status spreadsheets.
- Assisting the recruiting team with candidate screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, setting up testing, maintaining internal reports, applicant files, etc.
- Monitor the internet for unauthorized or fraudulent job posts.
- Maintaining compliance with internal procedures, communication requirements, labor laws, and promoting the value of Human Resources
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 Years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a corporate environment.
- Global HR experience is highly preferred.
- 1 Year of Recruiting experience in recruiting support.
- Commitment to working cohesively as a member of a team and directly with your manager.
