The Role
As Tax Director, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax engagements, and mentoring staff. You’ll work closely with firm leadership and have a direct impact on both client outcomes and internal team development.
This role offers a defined path to Partner for the right individual, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility in client development, firm strategy, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review complex tax engagements across individuals and entities
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
- Oversee preparation and review of 1040s, partnership returns, and related filings
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff
- Collaborate with leadership on firm initiatives and client growth
Client Exposure

- 6–10 years of public accounting tax experience
