The Opportunity
This Senior Tax Manager will serve as a key advisor to clients while helping lead and develop the firm's growing tax practice.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with business owners, high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, construction companies, and family groups while expanding your exposure beyond compliance into planning, consulting, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex tax engagements
- Oversee preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic guidance
- Mentor and develop tax staff and seniors
- Participate in client meetings and advisory engagements
- Assist with practice development and business growth initiatives
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership on client strategy and service delivery
Client Exposure
You'll work across a diverse client base including:
- High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
- Complex 1040 engagements
- Partnerships
- S Corporations and some C Corporations
- Small and Mid-Sized Businesses
- Real Estate Owners & Developers Builders
- Trust & Estate Clients

What They're Looking For
- Public accounting tax experience required
- Prior experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
- Strong background in individual and pass-through entity taxation
- Experience with HNWI, real estate, construction, or trust & estate clients preferred
- CPA license preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Interest in business development and long-term leadership growth
