manufacturing environment, supporting a variety of HR functions
including recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, training,
benefits administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is
eager to learn, maintains confidentiality, and enjoys working with
people. **Essential Responsibilities** - Assist with recruiting
activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications,
scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Support new
hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials, completing
employment documentation, and coordinating onboarding schedules. -
Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases, ensuring records are
accurate and up to date. - Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking,
and employee documentation. - Help coordinate employee training
sessions, safety orientations, and professional development
activities. - Support benefits enrollment and employee wellness
initiatives. - Assist with organizing employee recognition programs,
events, and engagement activities. - Respond to routine employee
inquiries and direct more complex questions to HR staff. - Prepare
