Gaming Installation/Service Technician

Job Overview
A family owned amusement company since 1948. Serving Northeast Pa with ATMS, SKILL MACHINES, AMUSEMENTS AND TOUCHTUNES JUKEBOXS We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installation Technician will ensure that all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or operation.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance and ensure proper functionality of installed systems.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in installation or maintenance roles, preferably in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and components, including the use of an ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
