Shipping Coordinator (1st shift)

Essential Responsibilities:

Operate forklift, hand truck, lift jack, etc. safely; Load shipments onto trucks operating shipping dock apparatus; Collect pallets and boxes from inventory and organize into shipments; Verify quantities and package counts on shipments; Report any shortages or problems to department manager or supervisor; Notify supervisor or manager of damaged or potentially damaged goods; Prepare pack lists and Bills of Lading using Mack Molding's computer system; Participate in physical inventories; Understand and use Mack Molding's ISO and Quality policies and procedures; Follow all safety rules and regulations; Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping in all areas; Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience:

Competent computer skills; Ability to read and follow work instructions and ISO quality system requirements; Ability to obtain a forklift operators license

Unusual Working Conditions:

Exposure to temperatures of between 0ºF to 110ºF

Unusual Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required when necessary; Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
