An international, fast‑moving technology and advanced manufacturing organisation are looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to support their business in the US and internationally.
You will deliver commercially focused legal advice spanning customer and supplier contracts , compliance, corporate, IP, data protection, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, construction and real estate.
You will bring strong commercial contracts (4 years experience), commercial awareness and the confidence to engage across operations, sales, senior leadership and external counsel. Experience of export compliance would also be beneficial.
