The OpportunityWe're seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you'll work closely with our investment advisers to deliver an exceptional client experience—from meeting preparation through performance reporting and billing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently in a back-office or client service role at a custodian or wealth management firm who is ready to take on broader responsibilities within a growing RIA.
What You'll Do• Prepare client meeting materials including portfolio reviews, performance summaries, and proposal documents
• Generate and review performance reports using Addepar (other reporting software experience helpful)
• Manage quarterly billing processes and ensure accuracy across client accounts
• Maintain client records and documentation in our CRM and portfolio management systems
• Coordinate meeting scheduling and follow-up action items for advisers
• Liaise with custodians on account maintenance, transfers, and operational requests
• Support new client onboarding, including account opening paperwork and asset transfers
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvements as the firm grows
What We're Looking For• 2–5 years of experience in investment operations, client service, or a back-office role within wealth management
• Experience at a custodian (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) or RIA strongly preferred—particularly within high-net-worth or private client groups
• Familiarity with Addepar or similar portfolio reporting platforms (Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac) a plus
• Working knowledge of investment products, account types, and basic performance concepts
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new technology platforms
• Series 65 or willingness to obtain is a plus but not required
