This is a contract hybrid role for a Therapist located in Houston, TX with some work from home acceptable. The Therapist will be responsible for providing direct therapy to clients, developing treatment plans, conducting initial assessments, and following up on treatment goals. The Therapist will work with a diverse client base, delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, participating in staff meetings, and staying updated with state laws and best practices in mental health care.
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy
- Skills in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Strong abilities in conducting initial assessments and follow-ups
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing client records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a related credential
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
