Responsibilities
- Source and engage engineering and technical talent for high-impact clients
- Support delivery on live roles while learning full-cycle recruiting
- Build strong networks within the verticals we support
- Conduct candidate screens and manage pipelines with precision and urgency
- Help map emerging startups, technologies, and potential clients in our domain
- Take ownership of client relationships and run your own desk once ready
- Operate with a high level of discipline, accountability, and drive
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- 1 year/s of experience in recruitment (engineering or tech preferred) OR outbound sales experience
- Driven, wants to win and succeed
- High work ethic and urgency with a mission-driven attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience recruiting technical talent (software, hardware, or both)
- Experience mapping potential clients and executing outbound cold outreach
