Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hydromat Operator located in Webster, MA. The Hydromat Operator will be responsible for operating, and maintaining Hydromat rotary transfer machines. Daily tasks include performing machine operations for precision component production, ensuring quality control inspections, maintaining production efficiency, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues that may arise. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating and maintaining Hydromat machines along with a solid understanding of mechanical machine setup and production processes
- Ability to conduct quality control inspections and proficiency in using measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with production standards, safety protocols, and proper machine maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade certification or relevant vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role, especially with precision components, is highly desirable
