CNC Operator Job Overview:
You would perform operation and setup of complex machined components for many different industries.
Essential Job Duties:
- Operate CNC machine tools
- Check produced parts for conformance to specifications
- Follow written and/or verbal job-related instructions
- Perform repetitive machining work with consistency
- May run multiple machines simultaneously in a production cell
- Apply basic math skills to daily tasks
- Maintain reliable attendance in line with company expectations
- Setups and programming are handled by higher-level machinists
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
- 2 years of machining experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
