As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to help maintain our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of precision machined components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Use precision inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gages, bore gages, optical comparators, and CMMs (experience preferred).
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Identify nonconforming products and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.
- Assist with customer quality requirements and internal quality system compliance.
Qualifications
- 2 years of quality inspection experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- CMM operation/programming experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
