Job Description:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong Salesforce development background with hands-on experience in Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex development and customization.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT support, defect analysis, and production implementation.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Applications or Engineering.
