In this role, you’ll manage and expand a commercial portfolio while partnering across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet market goals.
What You’ll Do
• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial loan and deposit relationships, including complex clients
• Drive new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Analyze financials, structure loans, and guide clients through lending solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services and meet sales goals
What You Bring
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 Years of commercial lending experience with a focus on strong sales and operations
• Proven track record of achieving organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused, team-oriented mindset
