Machias Savings Bank is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with business and technology teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with bank standards.
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to define goals, lead meetings, and provide status updates
• Ensure compliance with policies while identifying process improvements
What You Bring
• 1–3 years of project management or related experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); CAPM or PMP preferred
