MSB has an opening for a full-time Payment Services Specialist. As a Payment Services Specialist, you’ll manage day-to-day payment operations, ensuring the smooth processing of various payment methods like wires, ACH, and debit card transactions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system integrity, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
• Process and reconcile payment transactions, including wires, ACH, debit card transactions, and electronic funds transfers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing payment-related inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure payment systems comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, and assist with upgrades and system improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance payment processes and train new team members.
