Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Business Development Sales Rep (Internal Wholesaler) to drive new outbound activity, open new offices, and set appointments for our external team. Your mission is simple: create production opportunities.
You will:
- Build and work targeted lists of advisors (Indy BD RIA)
- Make outbound calls (40 ) and send outbound sales emails daily
- Set first-meetings and product calls for external wholesalers
- Qualify advisor opportunities and push deals forward
- Partner with the external desk on follow-up, illustrations, and closing support
- Be measurable, coachable, and relentless

This is a full-time remote role with clear goals, daily accountability, and big upside if you produce.

- You’ve got 1–2 years selling annuities or related financial products
- You like the hunt. You’re energized by outbound calling.
- You want to build relationships, not take orders
- You want a path — either to a hybrid/external seat or to leading the internal desk
- You want access to 30 carriers, not one slow corporate product line

Qualifications- 1–2 years annuity sales experience (preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Strong communicator over phone and email
- Organized with CRM discipline
- Life licensed (or able to get licensed quickly)
- Self-driven, competitive, and obsessed with improving
- Base salary aggressive performance commissions
- Clear, written targets and transparency on quota achievement
- Two growth tracks based on your strengths:
- 1 - Develop into an External/Hybrid Wholesaler with your own book
- 2 - Or lead the Internal Desk and scale a team
