Production Assistant
The Production Assistant will be an organized, self-starter who will be supporting a fast-paced field office. The Production Assistant will efficiently translate concepts and ideas as a liaison between field personnel, Accounting and other operating teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and distribute various production, variance and exception-based reporting.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel, OneNote, Outlook and Word to carry out daily tasks that involve data entry, coordination between teams, assisting with projects involving multiple departments, etc.
- Performs routine clerical activities as needed to support the field operations such as handling invoices, tracking payments, fleet management, among other things.
- Work with corporate and field teams to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and accuracy for the organization.
- Ability and willingness to learn new areas and competencies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Process management.
- Have knowledge of accounting practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong desire for constant challenge.
